Programming to Meet Every Fitness Goal
The Fitness Center is over 10,000 square feet and offers exercise opportunities to fit every need. In addition to the expansive Life Fitness strength training equipment and full array of free weights, the cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, recumbent and upright bicycles, stair steppers and elliptical machines. fitness classes, personal training options and special programming
following the latest and most demanding fitness trends. And since the center is open 5:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., our members can work on their fitness goals whenever they prefer.
Our group fitness program offers over 40 classes each week utilizing two different studios. The Mind Body Studio is used for yoga, Pilates, TRX and other group exercise classes including strength training, low impact, and work outs for the mind and body connection. SH’BAM, CXWORX, and BodyPump, all Les Mills Classes, as well as Metabolic Effect, cycle classes and other high intensity cardio classes are held in the Group Exercise Studio. Our outdoor fitness program features Aqua Fitness which is available during the summer months.
Members can also benefit from additional services that are provided by the Fitness Center Staff including Health Assessments, Senior Fitness Testing, Body Fat Testing and other special evaluations.
Our Fitness Professional Staff includes a full-time Fitness Director who is a ACE Personal Trainer and Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, nine personal trainers and 20 group fitness instructors, all readily available to assist members and their families with achieving their fitness goals. Each trainer is nationally certified or has their B.S. in the fields of Health and Exercise Science.
